PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

Bills are sent to the property address unless a bank or mortgage company maintains an escrow account on the property and you have specifically requested your bill be sent to them.

It is very important that we have your correct billing address.  To change your address please email us at sevenfieldstax@gmail.com.

Exact payment should be made by check payable to “Seven Fields Tax Collector”

Please do NOT round your payment up or down!

If you require a receipt, please include a self-addressed and stamped envelope with your payment. 

 

Payment can also be made in person during Office Hours or by calling ahead for an appointment.     For security reasons cash payments will not be accepted at my office. 

 

PLEASE DO NOT put your payment in my mail box or try to stick it in my door. 

 

I am happy to meet you at your car if you call me ahead of time.  There are stairs leading up to my office.

 

Payments made after December 15th must be made by Cashier’s Check.  

 

On 12/31 all unpaid taxes must be turned over to Butler County Tax Claim where additional fines/fees are applied.
